PinForce LPR Remote is the gateless parking solution from Orikan Group
Orikan’s PinForce LPR Remote solution uses cameras and Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to track and manage occupancy in parking facilities in a cost-effective, streamlined way.
It allows operators not just to manage access to parking facilities, but also to validate parking sessions, identify non-compliance, avert congestion within the car park, and receive real-time occupancy data.
There’s a better way to manage parking
Traditionally, commercial off-street parking operators have used physical barriers, like gates and mechanical arms, to manage ingress into and egress from parking facilities: motorists arrive at a gate, receive a ticket or scan an access pass, and then access the facility once the barrier is lifted.
But gated solutions demand significant up-front investment, use specialised components that require sourcing, attract high costs for repair and maintenance and create traffic flow bottlenecks at barriers. Motorists also must remember their access passes or tickets, which can cause further delays on exiting the facility.
The solution is gateless
Orikan’s gateless parking solution eliminates these costs and inconveniences. Instead of requiring motorists to check in and out at a gate or barrier arm, licence plate information is captured at entry and exit. Photographs, timestamps and parking status information is collected and automatically flows through to the secure central management system, where it can be used to support enforcement and compliance, as well as business intelligence and security priorities.
PinForce LPR Remote uses licence plates to identify vehicles and link them to other data. Valid parking sessions, time in occupancy, and compliance information are all rapidly and automatically collected, and traffic can flow freely through the facility.
